Geoff Poultney: I started leather work in the early 70's repairing saddles, bridles and general repairs on large western stations. Carving and embossing was a feature I always wanted to achieve so I was fortunate enough to learn and grow with that from the early 80's. I like to produce one off pieces using traditional ways. If time permits I still attend leather workshops to keep improving and updating my skills.
We can never have too much knowledge.
